What check sizes do you write?

Typically in the angel to early-stage range. It depends on the company, the round, and where I can be genuinely helpful. I care more about fit than forcing a fixed number.

What stage do you invest at?

Mostly early-stage. Founder-led businesses that already have something real in the world and are ready to scale, sharpen positioning, or build better distribution.

How involved are you?

I’m not passive, but I’m also not intrusive. I stay available, think with you, make introductions, and help when it’s useful.

You run the company. I’m there to support, pressure-test, and help you see around corners.

Do you invest in X category?

My main focus is on businesses in health, longevity, wellness, and human performance, and in companies where distribution and marketing are meaningful growth levers. If you’re not sure whether it’s a fit, you can still apply and I’ll take a look.
